Self-care is IMPOSSIBLE! Sound familiar? I know it does.
Do you feel like your family gets the worst of you? Are you a caregiver by profession or by default? Is taking care of others your passion? Is it simply something you must do? Do you feel like you have two versions of yourself? Do you feel like you just can’t possibly fit self-care into your life? Do you car-cry on a regular basis (No? That’s just me?!)?
I’ve been there. I’ve done a tremendous amount of work on my own self-care and, to be honest, it’s an ongoing challenge. Life often feels like pushing a giant boulder up a hill. You’re stumbling to the top - but it’s slow, it’s hard and it’s a sweaty hot mess. I’m here to tell you it’s not only possible - it’s CRITICAL! You simply cannot be your true and best self for others if you’re not taking care of yourself first.
I will show you how you CAN make yourself a priority. I will share knowledge and tools that make small habit changes easy. Those small changes create BIG results. Depending on your goals, we’ll figure out the exact support you need and develop a plan that incorporates mindfulness, nutrition, movement, and mindset work. We’ll also take things deeper and redefine your beliefs and behaviors. I’m not here to change who you are as a person. Rather, I’m going to help you rediscover your true self and make sure you are taking steps to be as healthy and happy as possible. We’ll tackle stress, anxiety, lack of focus, sleep, weight-loss, exercise and many other issues we face when we don’t take care of ourselves. It does take effort but it doesn’t have to be hard. We can actually make it easy and fun.
We will change the story you tell about yourself. We will BLOW UP that boulder! You deserve to be healthy and happy. You deserve to live your best life!
